西甲双雄，皇家贝蒂斯和塞尔塔双双获胜晋级，曼联旧将阿姆拉巴特和安东尼携手破门。意甲双雄则直接碰面，两队两回合均为平局，博洛尼亚凭借加时赛得分，淘汰了罗马。德甲双雄一喜一忧，弗赖堡大胜逆转晋级，斯图加特两回合都落败而出局。法甲里昂和里尔均出局，葡超的布拉加和波尔图均晋级。
