队报：Blueco将对切尔西和白学堡的管理模式进行调整

根据《队报》的最新报道，下赛季，切尔西将无缘欧冠赛场，斯特拉斯堡也不会参加任何欧战赛事。其母公司BlueCo必须在体育政策的部分环节做出调整。

据报道，BlueCo的法务团队一直与欧足联保持沟通，已满足设立盲信托的各项必要条件，这家同时拥有切尔西与斯特拉斯堡的美国财团，原本是受到欧足联规定约束才这么做——设立盲信托是两家俱乐部能同时征战欧战的先决条件。

两家俱乐部在赛季末段纷纷崩盘，斯特拉斯堡先是在法国杯半决赛0-2不敌尼斯出局，又在欧协联两回合0-1、0-1输给巴列卡诺遭淘汰；法甲联赛中，他们最终排名第八，没能将状态保持到赛季结束。

切尔西则在欧冠八分之一决赛就被巴黎圣日耳曼淘汰，之后又在联赛杯半决赛两回合2-3、0-1不敌阿森纳，足总杯决赛0-1输给曼城，在英超联赛最终最多只能排名第7。

短短一年内，BlueCo先后收购了切尔西(2022年5月)与斯特拉斯堡(2023年6月)，但对两家俱乐部的联合管理已几经变动，从切尔西体育总监保罗-温斯坦利和劳伦斯-斯图尔特二人组独揽大权，到财团全球招聘主管萨姆-朱厄尔手握话语权。

近几个月，斯特拉斯堡获得了更多独立权限，大卫-韦尔已于10月底被任命为体育总监，2月27日查理-赫顿出任引援主管。二人虽需向母公司汇报工作，但拥有自主决策权。

他将迎来一个忙碌的夏天：多名核心球员即将离队(埃梅加、巴伦廷-巴尔科、莫雷拉、杜埃、杜库雷)，球队框架也需要重建(引进一名门将、两名前锋、边卫)，引援思路同样需要调整，加里-奥尼尔曾要求引进身材高大、对抗能力强的球员。

切尔西方面也是如此，哈维-阿隆索期待引进经验丰富的球员，他已在转会市场方面获得了一定承诺，他还得到了更大的话语权，管理层此前对竞技决策的过度干预，导致波切蒂诺、马雷斯卡先后下课，还引发了球队运转的混乱，BlueCo内部已承认部分失误，因此将对切尔西与斯特拉斯堡的发展计划做出调整。
