在上周末的中超第2轮山东泰山主场与北京国安的比赛第34分钟，国安角球进攻机会，塞尔吉尼奥将球罚至禁区。
国安队员在对方罚球区内顶球攻门后，球疑似接触泰山外援马德鲁加手臂。当值主裁麦麦提江未判手球犯规，VAR未介入。
要知道当时比分依然是0-0，如果国安此刻获得点球，比赛走势或许完全不同。
赛后，国安俱乐部选择上诉。申诉意见认为：马德鲁加禁区内明显手球犯规，本方应获得罚点球。
对于此判例，评议组经过商议后一致认为：马德鲁加手臂抬起，手臂位置使身体不自然扩大，冒了手球犯规风险，此情形下球接触手臂，应判罚马德鲁加手球犯规，并判罚球点球。
麦麦提江判罚错误，漏判手球犯规和罚球点球，VAR裁判唐顺齐未介入错误。值得注意的是，VAR裁判唐顺齐曾在2024年获得中超“金哨”殊荣，而麦麦提江也是中国足协重点培养的裁判。两位名哨在关键战如此离谱的误判，确实会让足协有些尴尬。
