根据最新的消息称，CBA新赛季单节比赛将缩短至10分钟，全场比赛由之前的48分钟缩短至40分钟，这么来看受益最大的应该是浙江广厦队和北京首钢队，这两支球队也是上赛季CBA总决赛的两支球队。这么看，新赛季的总冠军大概率还是从这两支球队之间产生。
CBA缩短单节四场和单场比赛的时长，目的是为了提高比赛的节奏，增强比赛的对抗强度，更好的和FIFA国际比赛接轨。但是对于CBA联赛来说可能并不是这个样子，比赛的节奏该慢还是慢，对抗强度也不会提升多少，唯一的优点可能是国内主力球员少打几分钟，降低主力球员受伤的风险，但是年轻球员和角色球员的上场时间更短了，从长远来看是不利于联赛发展的。
上赛季常规赛，广厦队有3名主力球员的场均出场时间超过30分钟，其中上赛季总决赛FMVP、小外援巴里-布朗场均33.8分钟，MVP球员胡金秋场均出战32.7分钟，最佳防守球员孙铭徽场均出战33.1分钟；季后赛有5名球员场均出场超过30分钟，分别是胡金秋、朱俊龙、孙铭徽、赵嘉仁和巴里-布朗，这5名球员是广厦队的绝对主力，被不少的球迷称为“核动力牛马”。
总决赛第5场，布朗、孙铭徽出战超过45分钟，胡金秋超过42分钟，这样的出场时间在NBA都很少见，也就是说新赛季全场比赛改为40分钟，广厦队的几名主力都有打满全场的实力。全场40分钟主力一直在场上，并且可以保证比赛的强度，这有哪支球队可以受得了？广厦队不仅主力球员实力强，替补轮换的厚度也不错，林秉圣、吴骁、赵岩昊打上20分钟也没问题，他们可以全场比赛一直保持高强度，所以说新赛季单节时间越短、全场比赛越短对广厦队越有利。
北京广厦队方面虽然周琦不能打太长时间，但是他们的阵容轮换足够，许利民指导的执教模式是全民皆兵，常规赛经常打12人轮换，总决赛也是如此，所以他们每名球员的体能都很充足，可以时刻保证场上的强度。新赛季北京首钢队有了赵睿的加入，他和陈盈骏组成了后场可以说是CBA最强后场之一，攻防一体，有组织、有得分、有防守，几乎不可撼动。
许利民指导还经常在第4节使用全华班阵容，新赛季赵睿、周琦、曾凡博、陈盈骏、雷蒙这样的五虎阵容，虽然是全华班，但是要比很多球队的首发（3国内球员+2外援）阵容还要强很多。所以说首钢队也是CBA单节、单场比赛时间缩短的受益者。
在这次CBA赛制改革中受益的球队有两个特点，一是主力球员很强，具备打满全场能力的，比如广厦队那样；还有就是首钢队这样轮换阵容深厚的。当然，如果山西队还可以签下上赛季迪亚洛和古德温这样的超级外援，依靠顶级的外援冲击也可以拿到不小的优势，但是古德温已经离开山西加盟上海，迪亚洛加盟了西甲球队，凯尔三世也没有留下，新赛季山西队的几名外援实力大概率不如上赛季，黑马球队可能就要成为历史了。
预测CBA新赛季四强应该是北京首钢队、浙江广厦队、上海队和广东队；山西队和辽宁队想要进入四强很难，你们认为呢？
