史蒂夫-托佩已正式开始担任曼联新任青训学院总监。
史蒂夫-托佩从布伦特福德加盟，他在八月被宣布接替尼克-考克斯的职位。考克斯已加入埃弗顿俱乐部，担任技术总监。
史蒂夫-托佩此前主导了布伦特福德青训体系的重建工作，包括重新启动了从U9到U18的完整青训学院计划。在2024年1月加盟这家西伦敦俱乐部之前，他曾在曼城领导所有年龄段的青训学院教练工作，并在利物浦负责过基础阶段培养。
这位欧足联A级教练证书持有者强调，能执掌曼联这家世界闻名的青训学院是他的荣幸。
史蒂夫-托佩表示：“很明显，在曼联进入一个激动人心的新时代之际加入，这是一个绝佳的时机，我迫不及待地想要发挥作用，延续曼联卓越的青训传统。”
他周一在卡灵顿基地开始工作，并于周三晚上在老特拉福德球场观看曼联U21队对阵毕尔巴鄂的英超国际杯比赛。
曼联全体成员向史蒂夫-托佩表示热烈欢迎，并祝愿他在新岗位上一切顺利。
